We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel, which had a modern feel and great features, and the staff was always pleasant and courteous.

We asked for double room and it was functional. It was based in nice building in a great and peaceful location, in a better part of town...

overall it was a nice size and functional, with a private bathroom. central heating, an electronic key card, and a cable tv were a bonus. the location was peaceful, just next door to rock hill.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, conveniently situated near restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions. The breakfast options include hot coffee and a variety of snacks, which is a nice touch.

The room we booked was cheap with good TV and sofa and the bathroom, overall the experience was real good...

it was great time in rock hill. we were traveling to rock hill for one night. location: the hotel was right by grocery stores. local fast food option mcdonald's was 10 minutes walk away.

The bathroom was very dirty.

We greatly enjoyed our one-night stay at Red Roof Inn Rock Hill. the staff was excellent and catered to our every need. Our deluxe queen room had a microwave, climate control, and an electronic key card, making our stay comfortable. the bed was good, and the bathtub worked well.

The tiki bar closed too early

Our toilet didnt work, told the manager, they came in and tried to fix, which they snaked, out mainintance said they would replace inside if toilet in morning, but then it was saturday .....so no being fixed for the weekend. Amazing how we were not offered to change rooms or a little refund. So we had to be carefull and go out to use a bathroom so there wasnt a mess to clean up. And the continental breakfast...... a small pack of 12 cookies, a couple apples and chocolete donuts, and yes coffee, that is very poor for that breakfast. No place to sit, very out dated hotel. A hole n ceiling over bed, like halfway repaired. Dont think it would be good for you guys to represent that hotel.Now we are from Michigan and none of out hotels look like that. We have been in many differant changes of hotels, maybe the south is just differant. Hoping to travel back down south and to find a better stay.Traveling 11 hours that is not what we were looking for.

We really enjoyed the comforts of this shopping hotel. the staff was excellent and always ready to help. the bedroom was modern and nice. It was great to have a microwave and refrigerator available as well.

The price was good for the condition of the room.

In the advertisement they said they had breakfast. Apples and 2 donuts does not constitute breakfast in my book. One of the beds had a cigarette burn hole in one of the sheets. The shower curtain had a cigarette burn hole in it. A small area of the wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing off... the condition of the room was not kept.

Close to the hospital & highway.

Every morning @ 7am someone beeped their car horn.For a guest that is living there full time. The heater made loud noise I sleep with ear plugs so that did not bother as much when I was sleeping.Called desk but was unable to fix heater @ the time & never did get them to stop beeping the car horn every morning.

This hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere along with nice amenities like central heating, electronic key cards, and coffee/tea making facilities.

We stayed in a spotless and affordable room with a comfy sofa, a nice TV, and a clean bathroom, all in a great location; we even grabbed lunch at the nearby Wendy's.

Location is good, right off the highway, close to stores, gas, restaurants, etc.

Room dirty, breakfast was awful, not a good value.
